This was my favorite of all Madonna tours and it kills me this may be the last time ever seeing her in an arena Asking because that would bring the total shows to 8, and it's getting embarrassing dats my second show, i can't wait 1
Alongoria13 Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Rock In Rio last headliner is Travis Scott Unless they have a surprise coming up…
LOTF Posted March 1 Posted March 1 I don't think it's happening. No South America, no Asia, No Down Under, No stadium leg in Europe. I think this it for the time being. She will focus on a new album or (most likely) her biopic, hell maybe even take some rest. But not touring 1
Oktober Knight Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Yeah she's gonna rest for sure. It's certain that SA was planned (maybe even a 2nd EU leg) as well as Glastonbury but she obviously backed out. I truly think she'll finish an album for a release by the end of the year. Or start production on her movie (which I believe will be scrapped). 1
.Odyssey. Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Anyone else feeling legitimately sad the tour is almost over? It feels like she may never do an arena sized show again, and I can't believe this may be a bookend to her tour de force type of productions. I hope it isn't, but I just have a strange feeling she isn't doing this again, at least at this size. But what a show to go out with. It was a slow burner at first...opening night was a lot of fun, but I had to sit with the show for a while before deciding what I thought. Now that I've seen it a few times, I think it's up there with her top tours and may even be a contender for best or second best. It's everything that a Madonna fan could want (minus the ending... ). 7

I think a lot of people are feeling sad the tour is slowly coming to a close and that's why so many are being delulu about it continuing even though fansites and Madonna herself have said it will end in Mexico. I don't think you have to worry about Madonna giving up touring or even making megashows like this though. If Elton and Cher can tour well into their seventies, so can Madonna and she will always have the budget for a big spectacle. She may not be as active onstage but the production will always be there. 4

I'm definitely sad it's over but I don't think this will be her last big tour. This was clearly a cashgrab and a way to put her back in the spotlight to prove she still has it, not to mention she was probably bored with her movie being out on hold. 1
LittleStarmen Posted March 1 Posted March 1 This show is not suited for stadiums compared to the latest productions (taylor, beyonce etc) It still has too many small details and a small stage/screen. Its PERFECT for arenas though 1

She could easily visit SA, EU, Australia and Asia over 4 months. Sao Paulo x2 Rio x2 Buenos Aires x3 Santiago x2 London x2 Manchester x1 Dublin x1 Paris x2 Amsterdam x2 Rome x2 Barcelona x2 Berlin x2 Cologne x2 Warsaw x1 Brussels x1 Lisbon x2 Nice x1 Tokyo x4 Osaka x2 Sydney x2 Brisbane x1 Melbourne x2 Adelaide x1 Peth x1 2

I dont see that demand fo M right now from europe or America this tour has been one step to get her to the right place like Re-Invention was after AL. As a big time fan I think Madonna has neglected her biggest supporters through 2012-2022 and arguably since the start of the Hard Cabdy era. She has made music for everyone else but her fans and even when she tried (MDNA) her mind was on her movie W.E. She needs to reconquer her biggest supporter first and then they new gays and the GP Also she needs a GOOD LIVE PERFORMANCE wether is Glastonbury/Rock in Rio, Grammys etc...
