We can contextualize that this tour is a success as usual despite the rescheduling.

Originally this was supposed to be 35 dates but of course the astronomical demand said otherwise.

Finally saw this legend live last night, and what a show! I love her so much :jonny5:

Absolutely spectacular. The music, choreo, production uggghhh.... she can never retired cause I need to see her live again and again and again :jonnycat:

Also loved that she started at 9:40 yesterday cause everyone around me wouldn't shut the **** up that she was coming on at 10:30.

Old ppl and their bedtime hours, am I right? :ryan3:

So had Taylor or Bey re-scheduled their dates, would the same happen?

It would. Because people would return their tickets as they cant be available all year

Considering her last tour struggled to sell out theaters and averaged only $400k per date, no. She’s making x5-x6 more per date now. Which reflects on the overall growth of the touring market.

You are aware Madame X only did $400k on some dates cause the venues were for under 2k, right? :rip: the struggle came from tickets being on average $300 and VIP packages crossing $2k without dynamic pricing. $50 million was insane from theaters, just like Celebration is going to be her biggest arena tour.

She also mentioned that she only has “30 shows out of 80 left” at one point last night, so I guess that rules out any other legs :rip:

Madonna isn't for really long tours anyway, it's always on to the next one.

With Glanstonbury out of the picture, when will we get our disappointment about RIR :gaycat7:

Shouldn't be long. They announced Katy as headliner, no? I don't know why but I feel like she was Madonna's replacement

She wouldn't mention more dates in the middle of a speech like that anyway.

There's rumors of Beyoncé touring there around Aug-Oct, so it might be her :rip:

Doubt we're getting any Madge performance after the Miami show until the next album.

Those Mexican dates will be glorious. Probably more than $12M just from those dates.

Yeah, I must say the way she talked about how many shows she has left made me think they aren’t adding any more dates tbh.

Ugh some of the seats liberated for tonight's show, I hope I get to snatch one like that in Mexico :jonnycat:
