Considering her last tour struggled to sell out theaters and averaged only $400k per date, no. She’s making x5-x6 more per date now. Which reflects on the overall growth of the touring market.

So Madonna's numbers are underwhelming but Mariah's (who sold just as much) are not?

At least the average gross remains stable at $2.8m (It was supposed to accelerate had the US leg done well, but)

the US leg of the RHT only did 7% better on average compared to Europe, which isn't that much.

I need her to do the LA shows and put Adele up there as a Vogue judge.

Her shows were already sold out and more shows were being added before her ICU trip.

4th and final night of the tour for me! Night 2 is basically sold out and will be by showtime I knew Seattle would come through.

I saw this tour in Cleveland and she put on a fantastic show, really loved the Erotica segment.

The fact Madonna is still pulling in these kind of numbers is crazy, her longevity is something to behold. She really is the greatest mpg of all time Who would even bother denying that?

Saw in cleveland too

The Erotica segment was my favorite too. she was so sexy . even Justify my love was great in person....

IMO very underwhelming numbers for 2024 standards. I thought at least shows like NYC would crack the $4-$5m gross with ease but apparently not. Some of her shows in the same arenas from 2006-2012 grossed more without even adjusting for inflation. The Jonas Brothers' tour out-grossed some of these shows in the same arenas :deadbanana:

Also, compared to "acts her age" for example The Eagle's 2024 arena tour in the US

MSG (2 shows) - $7,650,184

Boston (2 shows) - $7,024,263

Detroit - $4,091,370

EDIT: before you weak ******* start coming for me, I'm not saying these numbers are bad. I'm saying they're underwhelming for the Queen of Pop who reigned as the #1 touring artist for decades.

Madonna has toured these cities countless times over the last 15 years. Theres no comparison

The tour was literally sold out before she had to reschedule for the dead of winter. Stop entertaining the troll.

What? Wasn't Cracker Bob's drag daughter?

Exactly. Even the LA shows were almost sold out. That's why she had 5 dates :rip:

We always expected around 200 to 220M and it might even do a bit more than that. I don't get why that user is pretending to be shocked at some of these numbers lmao.

220/240M from 80 arena dates only is amazing. Specially for an artist that has toured the USA extensively over the past 20 years. 2001, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2012, 2012, 2019, 2023 and 2024.

So had Taylor or Bey re-scheduled their dates, would the same happen?

I'm the only one who's contextualizing her touring numbers in this thread instead of just going yasss queen at everything I see. The gag is that I said repeatedly, time and time again - that her numbers overall are good and not bad whatsoever, it's just that a decline is remarkably felt if we contextualize those numbers. Which I'm allowed to do. I'm sorry that makes you upset so much. I remember years ago fan bases were free to analyze their own fave's numbers without a bunch of snowflakes crying around them.

The truth is, we don’t give a F about whether she has a decline or not. We are too busy enjoying the tour and M’s presence considering the woman almost died last summer. We would all say yasss queeenn even if all seats are empty because she’s alive and well enough to tour.

Queen performing sold out show after sold out show after sold out show after sold out show.

Not a dry seat in the house at ONE date.

I'm a little confused though.

The usual people that complain about her lateness and etc since they care SO much...

Where are they in this thread?
