so she sold 91,000 tickets in the O2 Arena, grossing $22.2m. that's a $244 average ticket price!
also, 62,000 tickets in Accor Arena in Paris and $10.7m gross. that's $172.5 average price.

she easily could've played two nights at Tottenham Hotspur stadium in London and one night in Stade de France

overall 429k tickets sold in Europe alone, which is equivalent to about 10 stadiums :clap3: and that's without her even meeting the demand, she could've easily sold more in the UK or Italy alone had she announced more dates, the demand was definitely there. the London shows all sold out instantly

for comparison:

The Repel Chart Tour (RHT) had 25 dates in Europe with average gross of around 1.68M (2.18M adjusted for inflation) per show. The Celebration Tour (TCT) averaged almost 2.87M across 27 shows in Europe, which already makes it more successful than RHT. 2.18 vs 2.87, not to mention that TCT had more dates and higher attendance, so the improvement is significant.

now, the rest of RHT was 57 shows averaging around 2,24M per show (2.9M adjusted), representing roughly 33% increase compared to European dates. TCT has 52 shows left, if we assume that the overseas shows will do better like they did for RHT, the average gross per show should be 3.82M, times 52 plus the European gross would bring the total for this tour to 276M. adjusted for inflation that's more than 50M increase from RHT, and with fewer dates too.

however, it is important to note that the non-European average from RHT included the very expensive Asia and Oceania shows (21 shows in total). if we don't include these (3.85M average adjusted), the adjusted average for NA shows was around 2.34M, only 7% more than in Europe. using this increase TCT is looking at a total of 237M. that is still higher than RHT adjusted gross, and with fewer shows and no expensive Asia/Oceania dates. i'm not sure how exactly does dynamic pricing factor into this and whether it was a significant factor in 2015, but if the US shows were significantly more expensive like some of you claim the total could go even higher than 237M. forgive me if any of the math is wrong, i literally just did all these calculations on my knee in about 20 minutes because i was bored so don't quote me! :P

if we assume the interest is higher than it was in 2015 globally and not just in Europe, these numbers show that if she extends the tour and adds more legs she'll easily surpass MDNA and maybe even S&S tours.

US will probably be an average of 3-3.5M too. She could easily do 20-30 stadium dates in Europe/Oceania/South America and destroy Sticky & Sweet.

No stadiums please, arenas are literally better in every way (except for the gross, but that's irrelevant unless you want to brag about it online).

Hope mother is at Barclays right now fixing that AWFUL ending for the American audience. Give us full Music and Hung Up after Ray of Light in the rave section :gaydonnacat1:

Also, Rain needs to feel more like a finale. Right now, it just feels tacked on, but it deserves a much more dramatic finish to end the main set of the show.

Also, really wish she'd change the tacky intro before Nothing Really Matters...it could be so much more epic than Bob celebrating her masturbating on stage and teaching us how to **** :rip:

I just wish there was more pr for the success of the tour, she's accomplishing so much for someone of her age especially for a women but nothing. It's like only amongst ourselves is this being discussed. There people on another forum I speaking to who are doubting she can do a stadium tour and she's too old, the young people won't come out and see her.

Watch the usual still call her a flop though.

Erm, far from it... :rip: Kinda curious how they're going to manage to move tickets between now and tonight...I'd be surprised if she performs to whole rows of empty seats.
