I updated mine too, but they asked me to buy the new one first (VIP GA Pit) and then ask for a refund of the old one.

 

I did it and then when I asked for the refund of the first one, they told me the "refund period is over" 

 

Now I ended up with two great tickets for Phoenix, I put the first one on re-sale on ticketmaster, I hope it sells.

Friend is working on the show- showed me a pic of the stage. Catwalk goes almost the entire length of the area, it’s really cool! 
 

Apparently the production is huge (he hasn’t scene any other Madonna tours so idk what “huge” means to him, but it seems like it will be amazing!

Omg what 💀 when did you try? I had to do the same to upgrade my tickets but my refund was approved and went through. I did it on Monday or Tuesday.
