With the recent love she's shown Erotica, I think it has a decent chance. However it is a cover and not that well known so I guess we'll have to see.

Yep  the same song has also been covered by Beyoncé. Madonna's version is a unique adaption because it's a house version. As it was a single I think Fever has a good chance of being on the set list.

Open Your Heart (in 1986) wasn't as popular as the other singles from TB, but I wouldn't mind it being there.

This fact was always crazy to me because before I became a fan I was already familiar those songs. 
 

Open Your Heart is essential and I need the interludes to be a mashup of at least two songs.
