I thought Mexico and all North America dates of December and January were safe

An official update would be great.

Do you think Europe will continue as planned?

Don't believe anything unless it comes from an official source. The Ukmix post comes from some person who believes random people on the net.

This. As someone going to opening night, this is starting to get pretty frustrating logistically. I ended up canceling my Airbnb because it was the last day of the grace period for full refunds, but I don’t know what to do about the flights. And if there’s a 1% chance she moves forward with opening night, new lodging is going to be astronomically expensive this last minute in Vancouver.

It’s obvious it’s getting postponed based on the other dates starting to trickle out, but only die hard fans following this really know. Your average attendee for opening night isn’t staying on top of Madonna news like us.

Most definitely hope she’s focusing on her health and getting better, but Live Nation needs to get its act together and start updating people with dates getting this close, even if it’s just to officially postpone.

Don’t you think Guy’s statement was pretty clear that the show won’t start as scheduled? :skull: People with tickets to the first show should make other plans.

And you think the average attendee is following Guy Oseary’s Instagram account? :skull:

Wait so the Chicago dates are not cancelled or postponed?

Starting the tour at MSG makes sense with the weeks of hospitalization and rest, also the later dates getting cancelled cause her team has to re-route the original dates in a way they make sense financially :rip:

The statement was covered by every media company in the world! You'd have to be dumb not to see it regardless of if you follow his account :skull:

I'll guess I'll wait for the announcement.

Maybe she wanted to start in New York since there'd be no traveling involved ? she's already here so :kitty:

That would be my show so I'd be happy to see her but I'm also just wanting her to not push herself too hard.

Yeah i dont think the Mexican dates are happening. I hope they issue refunds soon.

Has anyone gotten an official email regarding show postponements?

Nothing, and I'm supposed to be going to opening night.

So annoying. I’m going to the 2nd Seattle show

Not glad this is happen ing but it seems like a very good idea to cancel half the shows. +80 shows at her age and after the lesions for the Madame X tour + 3 years without performing anywhere was craaaazy

I think her team doesn't know what to do either.  Rescheduling means much more than dealing with the venues, you have to deal with logistics, dancers' contract etc. Imagine the headlines if something serious happens to her during the tour.

Both the September and December DC shows are postponed. It looks like the American Leg, at the very least, is postponed.

I get postponing the September date but December seems weird.

I do believe that the first US leg/European part of the tour will be cancelled with the December 13th NYC date being the new opening night.

They will probably put the dates together to minimize the logistics cost.

It's really annoying that we get conflicting information from venue websites. The Toronto shows (Aug 13-14) are no longer postponed, but the event was removed from Rogers Arena for July 15th.

This is a bit beyond what she wants to do. I also don’t think they will get a green light from the insurance company…she is still recovering and there’s the age factor.
