Topaz Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 It seems like the album is not gonna be supported by the label for streaming sadly. Very good album.
JoeRobert Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 The drama is the only song I can get into and it’s ruined by the house cat outro, I'm sure I’m in the minority of not liking it but I wish there were a version without it.

I love the cat part but it does get a bit tiresome. The ramones sample saves it for me tho.

It is included (The Observer in this case). 6 hours ago, CroNich said: I find it awfully funny that the only mixed to negative reviews that were getting are ones that count for metacritic. All the other ones have been at least an 80/100. Makes me think something is going on behind the scenes still… Right, that's so messy and f*cked up.

TomTom Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 (edited) This channel is the most GP-like in terms of reaction videos so far and they are stanning HARD! They also haven't heard Rainbow and High Road yet. Edited May 23, 2023 by TomTom2288

Thats lowkey the best part of the song tho, so transcendental O.T.: My ranking as of right now The Drama Hate Me Harder Peace & Quiet Eat The Acid All I Need Is You Living In My Head Too Far Gone Fine Line Happy Only Love Can Save Us Now Something To Believe In All songs are great tho, all songs in the bottom 3 are still 8/10
AnonnonA Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 Can anyone figure out what are the words in the background vocals of Something To Believe In between 2:04 -2:21

gettsleazy Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 Wait I never did this... 1. Eat The Acid 2. Peace & Quiet 3. Fine Line 4. Happy 5. Something To Believe In 6. Only Love Can Save Us Now 7. Too Far Gone 8. The Drama 9. All I Need Is You 10. Living In My Head 11. Hate Me Harder It's SO hard to rank all of these because honestly, bar Living In My Head and Hate Me Harder they're all 10/10 tracks I'm sure this will change in like a month. The Drama is hard to place because it's definitely a highlight of her discography but I don't really use it all that much in context of the album because it's a full listening experience nnnn. 2
gettsleazy Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 Is there a reason that American Songwriter didn't count towards MC?
TomTom Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 Just now, gettsleazy said: Is there a reason that American Songwriter didn't count towards MC? High Road had reviews from counting publications which didn't have a score in the review, but the score still got submitted to Metacritic, I'd assume this would happen here too. All of AS's other reviews have scores in the review, so maybe they forgot to add it in the review?
zasderfght Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 I will always gravitate towards Kesha tracks like Only Love Can Save Us Now and The Drama, but I like transcendental songs like Something to Believe In, Eat the Acid, and Fine Line (and it's funny because I didn't care for the latter tracks when they first debuted). I'd say this is a strong 7 or light 8 for me. Curious how Fantano will rate these since he gave Rainbow and High Road a strong 7 (decent to strong 7, to be more particular).
Zahun Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 can’t get this album out of my head Every song did their great job and shines in a different way. I think Peace & Quiet is the most single-worthy track off the rest, I hope she would release it in the future
TomTom Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 NPR did a feature on Gag Order in one of their podcasts: https://www.npr.org/2023/05/22/1177576817/on-gag-order-kesha-gets-intensely-personal
Rigalo Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 I can’t do a full ranking yet lol but my early standouts are Peace & Quiet, AINIY, The Drama, and ETA which has grown on me soo much. I feel like The Drama will either age quickly or become annoying at a certain point but it always hits with the album 1
Witchpop Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 I don't even think I could rank the songs on this album because they all are perfect for different moods. It just depends on my mood that day. They're all 10/10 though, like DAMNNNN
Littlejfrey Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 My ranking: The Drama All I Need is You Eat The Acid Only Love Can Save Us Now Something to Believe In Too Far Gone Fine Line Living In My Head Peace & Quiet Happy Hate Me Harder The interludes are great as well, Ram Dass reminds me of Evil Dead

josesuxx Posted May 23, 2023 Author Posted May 23, 2023 She's hosting a listening party on stationhead right now and she's commenting each song!
josesuxx Posted May 23, 2023 Author Posted May 23, 2023 (edited) There's another listening party later today, one tomorrow and one on Thursday and I'm guessing she'll be on too Edited May 23, 2023 by josesuxx
Woo-Ah Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 I was sooo damn hyped when she announced this album. I‘ve been a Kesha fan since TikTok, bought all her albums multiple times (rainbow being her best album ever) but this just sadly didn’t click for me. There are some good songs like OLCSUN, STBI, ETA,HMH but sadly the rest is not for me. Still the Album Cover is really amazing, her best cover I’d say. Wish her all the best. Now y‘all probably gon‘ drag the hell outta me.
