I mean:

 

1. It's wrong that she lied about her husband having an open marriage with her. That is cheating then.

2. It's wrong that she did this with some of her coworkers while on duty. At the very least they should have done that on their own time.

 

BUT it sounds like they were all consenting adults regardless of how shitty the situation is. Unfortunately when you reverse the script, there are a LOT of men out there that will sexually pursue multiple women they work with and sexually harass them on top of it and I speak from experience.
