Should Kelly Rowland have kept short hair?

Pop singers' success is usually associated with their image (see Katy's flopping ever since she had her haircut)

 

As part of Destiny's Child, even though Beyonce is always the main star, Kelly Rowland still had a distinct image with the short haircut. In fact, I think of the non-Beyonce members, Rowland is the only one not fading into the background  because of the haircut

Then when the members went solo, Rowland scored a worldwide smash with Dilemma, in which she rocked the red short bob

 

 

After this she changed to long black hair  and kept this hairstyle ever since ... In my opinion she's beautiful but it doesn't make Kelly stand out enough like the red hair

 

 

Kelly briefly returned to red short hair, most notably in Kisses Down Low MV (2013), in which she portrays different styles.. And the red hair is still the highlight for me 

 

 

So what do you think...

 

Should Kelly have kept the short / red hair as her signature look ? If she brings back the short hair, will ppl be nostalgic for it ?

Edit: Kelly herself acknowledged that the short hair helped her have her own identity during DC days

Kelly looks good with short hair he’ll she looks good with any hairstyle tbh

No.. She looks gorgeous and the hair wouldn't have changed the fact that she flopped

 

What she should've kept.. Is her mouth shut when she vocally supported Chris Brown

Ms. Tina's style is overkill (and sometimes tacky ngl)

 

But yeah she did give them unique style from other bands. She let each member have their own sense of style but still looks cohesive as a group (something modern groups like Little Mix, 5th Harmony lacks tbh)

I wouldn't necessarily call this an accomplishment.

 

but on topic, yes Kelly's short hair was her definitive look. but it also aged her. She looks younger now with long hair than she ever did during the Dilemma era
