y’all posting photos where their wrinkles are prominent blaming it on buccal fat removal but in reality most of them look better after  but i agree that it only looks the best on certain face shapes especially diamond, heart, and square ones (not like the one Lea M. has tho )

Easily one of the worst "trends" in plastic surgery in a WHILE... Hollywood is the worst when it comes to cosmetic surgery. As alot of people here have already pointed out, volume loss is a hallmark sign of aging. This may look good now but is going to look like sh** within a few years. IMO, on most people it looks bad now.
