None of the examples in the OP looks like a surgery gone well. They all look considerably older than their age. Lea Michele legit aged an entire decade with that surgery :deadbanana:

Basically this

as someone who has naturally hollow cheeks, no. i've been called crackhead and/or cancer patient all my life :rip:

It's honestly a matter of the person. I personally loathe my fat cheeks, I was hoping as a grew up I would lose the fat but it never went away. When you're a kid early teen is nice but then you look awful imo, it makes you look fatter and bloated. I personally think it makes my face like a huge circle and huge and I hate it

Getting that procedure will 100% make you look elderly and/or botched by 40-45. These girls are dumb :rip:

You'd probably be a good candidate for this, I think. It's the people with already average or less than average facial fat getting these done that makes them look terrible imo :lakitu:

It makes people look malnourished. Why would anyone want that? :skull:

No. It ends up not looking good on most people.

Posted

Hell no. It ages you so much.

I never understood why people want a chiseled jaw line, people with chiseled jaw lines always age faster.

Chloe Grace Moretz looks disgusting wtf she looks so old!!!!!! I would never remove my chubby cheeks. they will serve me well as I age

i always assumed this was the result of excessive fillers… it looks so weird

I have no clue why anyone would do it. Fat in the face is what literally keeps you looking young longer :rip: These ppl who did it will look haggard by age 35 :rip: Sad.

Hell no, it ages you anyway. Not everyone needs to look so chiseled or whatever.

How many times are people on ATRL going to act like obvious cosmetic surgery is just weight loss or aging? :skull:

Your face is largely done developing after you turn 17.

They're right though, some of these examples are definitely just weight loss, extreme contouring, posing with sucked-in cheeks etc. The only ones that 100% had the buccal surgery are Lea and Bella.

Only Bella and Ana Taylor Joy look good.

But i think Ana might have it naturally, i just watched The menu and you can tell she naturally skinny.

wtf lol hell nah! they all look peculiar. I don't get what's the purpose of this procedure?

It's a no for me.

Why dont people just lose weight if they want a thinner face?

Posted

I definitely wouldn’t….. cheeks hollow as you age anyway, so for me personally, if I had it done I’d wishing I had that fat still there when I’m older.

that’s just me though.

yes but no... I mean, it would do wonder to my baby face... but I don't want to look 70 when I'm 50...

Buccal fat often goes away with age anyways, so most people who get this procedure are just accelerating the aging process. It really only has a good payoff if you have a significantly excessive amount of buccal fat.

This.

I’m pro plastic surgery but you have to think about the future before you do stuff and these girls didn’t.

I would've done it yes.. Its giving CHEEKBONES and jaw which i love

You can just do fillers that are easier to fix if you don’t like them and much less invasive.

After watching those example, I definitely wouldn't do it.
