Some of the women in here didn't get buccal fat removal. It's losing weight + aging + bad lighting/pose

Buccal fat often goes away with age anyways, so most people who get this procedure are just accelerating the aging process. It really only has a good payoff if you have a significantly excessive amount of buccal fat.

Hell no, it ages you anyway. Not everyone needs to look so chiseled or whatever.

How many times are people on ATRL going to act like obvious cosmetic surgery is just weight loss or aging? :skull:

Your face is largely done developing after you turn 17.

hell no. you're already on your way to losing your fat anyway.

It's true though. So many misinformed people about the topic keep pointing left and right that it's surgery but it's not always the case.

The older you grow, the more fat you lose. Also happens when you lose a lot of weight/are stressed

This corpse bride trend needs to stop.

None of the examples in the OP looks like a surgery gone well. They all look considerably older than their age. Lea Michele legit aged an entire decade with that surgery :deadbanana:

It only looks good on Bella Hadid tbh

No it’s permanent. :rip: Just watch how their faces dropped 5 years later :rip: and especially good luck to Bella :rip:

I don’t like it. It ages the face terribly. Results may be good for a year, or 5, but almost inevitably it ends up aging people. Volume loss in the face is one of the hallmarks of aging

No one in the OP was ever large enough for weight loss to be a factor here though? Young faces tend to have volume, and buccal fat pads. If these pads dissipate quickly its usually because of a removal, not a weight loss, unless someone is seriously malnourished. That's just not how weight loss works.

why did i think this was ariana grande for a second :deadbanana2:

It's a NO.

It makes the face look age faster. A lil bit of fat on the face makes the face look more youthful.

Posted

It might look good on some people (Bella Hadid), but for many others, it makes them look so much older (and a bit anorexic too tbh).

Nearly all of them look terrible, so NO.

Posted

no, makes you look hollow and old

Posted

No they look a mess after :skull:

The sick hollow cheek look is not cute :deadbanana2:

I naturally have this. No need

Nooo, I love my youth!

Sophie Turner looks like she’s in her 50s :rip:
