I'm assuming SOS vinyl will be the deluxe version (which I'm sure isn't finalized/ready yet). SOS Deluxe could come before tour but I don't see it happening. We'll just have to wait and see what she ends up doing.
Kh-Loud Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 I love when ATRL comes together to celebrate an event Thank you, Taylor, for taking the L in order bring us together for this special occasion. Congrats Miss SZA
Blue Monday Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 SZA deserves but real talk we really need vinyls

The r&b and rap community has been taking note of her release habits when a black or brown artist has a chance at breaking certain records that haven't been seen in a while. She just wants another week at #1 cause she FEELS like it. Other people are working just as hard and want the recognition as well. Let them have their moment. She has a hard time letting her music breathe and operates on a model of oversaturation and commercialism. It's almost sickening and why alot of people dont take her as seriously as an artist. I'll say that there's nothing wrong with Taylor wanting to win and doing all she can to make that happen for herself but I do see your point. For someone as successful as she is, it always comes off as overkill when she does as much as she does. She's already the most successful female artist this century. There really isn't anything left to prove to anyone anymore. She can easily just release her music and let her fans support organically how they want to without all these aimless remixes and cringe attempts at boosting herself back up to #1.

CaptainMusic Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 Taylor’s pathetic fake feminist ass failed at her attempt to block a successful black woman, love to see it

Give us more examples of that. Taylor very clearly went out of her way to block Drake from #1 but what meaningful record did he miss out on? The only other time Taylor stopped a meaningful record from being broken was when she blocked Despacito And yes, Taylor/her team tried to get to #1 because they could. This happens all the time. Did you forget when Gaga and Ariana had a discount off when tun and ASIB were competing for #1?

KatyPrismSpirit Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 I can see SZA remain #1 for the rest of January, the week she drops vinyls and the week she drops the deluxe if its loaded. AOTY contender just like dat
byzantium Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 Its nice for Taylor to make ATRL care about Black women. Love to see it!

chaneloberlin Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 Taylucifer tried it last minute and the digital bundles got shipped back. Imagine your album debuting with 1.5 million copies and fighting for it's position a mere nine (9) weeks later Oh SZA, the woman that you are and you'll always be

Mr. Duff Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 Congrats SZA, great effort Taylor Both women deserve it, so it’s great to see some competition. Hopefully next week Midnights can get it.
wish Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 SZA’s longevity is so impressive. When was the last time a pure R&B album did this well?
