Taylor already did that when she blocked Rich Flex, which was still above Unholy in Week 3. Kill Bill, in its 3rd week, fell below Unholy.

Been on here ten years and from 4lop scared to release to needs surprise gimmicks no #1 since Bush administration to can’t go #1 without quick lil remixes to solo #1 but it fell off after 19 weeks to this   Just beautiful. And one of her most radio friendly and instant classics, it deserved this. 
 

Lemonade was necessary but obvious Formation sabotage aside she wasn’t going to be getting those big hits with that sound. It got her the acclaim and now we’ve got both happening at once

Some of those re-entries show that recurrent rules are being applied arbitrary and quite frankly contradictory. Wasted on You, for example, went recurrent on Pop, and yet, somehow re-entered the chart in its 104th tracking week. (Keep in mind that Billboard didn't allow Blinding Lights to re-enter the charts on its 101st tracking week when it got a boost Halloween week 2021.) To me, recurrency should be all or none. I know it's the week after Christmas, but re-entries should be limited to songs that are at least stable on radio, not declining. I'm okay with songs like ILY and ADT returning, but Wasted on You should have stayed recurrent. There was a reason Wasted on You went recurrent on Pop (hint: it was declining very rapidly). Absolutely no reason to add back a 2-year-old song that is declining on radio and with really no boost.
