thecptz Posted April 3, 2023 Author Share Posted April 3, 2023 ROUND 12 i'm a blank canvas welcome back our top 6 of season 5 of Diversity after the sad elimination of FKA twigs, we're down to six... i can't believe this season is about to be over. it's been so long, wow but i'm enjoying it. still, i feel like something is missing inside of me... hmmm... and yea, i guess 'i'm a blank canvas' say hello to this theme again! last time it was at the top 8. we want you to relate a song to a color of your choice! when thinking of a color to choose, make sure to stick to traditional connotations, or ones that make sense, in order to do well in this theme! for example, Red for passion/danger/lustful love, Blue for depression/sadness/isolation, Yellow for happiness, Green for nature/growth, Pink for playful love/friendship, Purple for wealth/prestige/or even envy etc etc.. i feel like explanations are required since well you gotta convey the judges! (example: kacey musgraves - space cowboy for blue/sadness shygirl - shlut for red/lustful love kelly clarkson - stronger (what doesn't kill you) for green/growth lorde - solar power for yellow/happiness/youth/carefree) you can use this or you can google anything about colors! an explanation is required. another creative writing round yas... our lovely judges will score each part: 5 for how it fits the theme and 5 for judges' personal taste. so please do your best, everything counts! this is a single elimination round! please do your best and try to avoid being in the bottom 2 SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY HERE! you can submit your entry only once. however, you can still go back and edit things until the deadline. you will have 24 hours for this. no extension will be granted x DEADLINE: 10am EDT on Tuesday 4th of April if you have any questions, feel free to leave them here or DM me. good luck and have fun @CBC @Staryu @Auburn @Noah @wish @Not Like The Movies @Euterpe @Sanguine @Element @Hikari @Tom Vercetti Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought this was a reach for a sec, and well it kinda is, but I get where you're coming from so points Taste: Bop bop BOP! Why this was relegated to a bonus track is up there with the moon landing and other cryptid conspiracies Christina Aguilera - Come on over Baby (All I Want Is You) (Red) Theme: Pretty direct she is horny Taste: A little aged but still very fun! The chorus is super catchy Demi Lovato - Two Pieces (Steel blue) Theme: The blue definitely represents how she and this character are feeling in the song, yep Taste: I love this song!! Always been one of my faves on the Demi album. Here We Go Again vibes <3 Miley Cyrus - 7 Things (Red) Theme: I like this interpretation of red best, maybe because it's the most straightforward, but yeah. Just raw emotion all around Taste: Yassss Teen Pop bop. She came on here mad as hell!! Solange - Jerrod (Red) Theme: Love how even when she sings about sex she does it in an oblique artsy way lol. Queen! But yeah that fits well enough!
