Please read above. A family that lost a child which was depicted on the crown had her buried near their property under a tree. This was there wish, why the hell is it "bs" to do this? Your response to this is just weird to me.

I looked up the law, you can opt to bury fetal remains instead of cremation. And why is it a "health risk"? Are you one of those people who thing dead bodies and remains are dangerous and a health risk :deadbanana4:

I guarantee you this was legal, or else they would've never been given the remains. They had to have been given them by the hospital or she would've passed on the remains naturally.

I don't know what laws you looked up, but in California, where they live and where it likely happened it's TOTALLY ILLEGAL!

Quote

In California, bodies must be buried in established cemeteries. City or county authorities have the authority to establish and regulate burial grounds. (California Health & Safety Code § 8115.)

I highly doubt this story is true whatsover btw. So i don't believe hospital just gave them the fetus to take it home.

I saw in The Crown that another family who lost a child buried her literally in the backyard of their castle so they could visit her every day :deadbanana4:

Maybe it's something the royals do.

Not only them, there are even traditions around the world of normal people burying their relatives inside their houses :rip: ..So people literally are free to bury their loved ones wherever they want as long as it doesn't involve other people's property..

Nothing illegal since they went through hospital procedures, it's not like they did everything in secret at home in an attempt to get away with a crime.

They are. They decompose and bacterias are easily spread. Learn some basic forensics

Sounds like I'm not the one needed to learn "basic forensics"... Dead bodies are literally safer than living ones. They don't cough, sneeze, bleed, or spread germs like living people do. What you referring to is something called "miasma theory", which is a psuedoscientific idea in of itself. This Mortician on youtube explains this and debunks it.

I looked at England's laws, I thought that's where they were living at the time. In England - they define fetal remains as "human tissue", which is different legally than a fully developed dead person. I don't know if this is how it is in California, but it's possible.

Low key they are right and they should say it. In war, you still kind of have to respect the dead even if they are your enemy because to someone they were a son, father, brother etc...especially when you consider the fact that the UK, US and Australia (especially Australia actually...which is surprising) committed TONS of war crimes in Afghanistan where they killed and tortured literal CHILDREN. It was documented and some of those ppl are actually being convicted for what they did to Afghani kids in the name of killing "Taliban" when in fact they were also killing PURPOSELY tons of random villagers and kids.

As long as the death is registered it's not actually illegal to bury someone outside a cemetery in the UK

Not y'all arguing over the legality of burying a corpse ..

There is not a single word about the fetus not being cremated before buried, he said ''a tiny package'', it could very well mean that it's a tiny package with the ashes in it. Geez, you guys are speculating too much.

I can't believe he got to the point of oversharing this much in the book... :rip: He's still so hot though :allears:

There will be nothing left to read. Media is revealing it all.

? Why are you acting like this is crazy or embarrassing? How heartlesss and disgusting. This is not unusual at all for a parent to bury their child somewhere special and close to them, designating a special area of their property to the burial.

Anyway yeh this book is a PR disaster and so is Harry/Megan's entire relationship at this point. :rip:

Yet again ATRL exposes itself in having a complete lack of empathy for someone just because they don't like them personally.

Is this really worth getting that upset over?

Isn’t it more sad that they lost a baby?

Once again the media is dog-piling and it’s a sad sight to see…

Tbh, nothing odd about thid. Atrl doing the most as per usual.

They both need to stop talking. A few years ago, they literally had everyone on their side, but the more the speak, the more idiotic they both seem. So out of touch with reality. Sad. Guess they gotta fund their expensive lifestyle somehow. That $20m Montecito mansion won't pay for itself.

First of all if she had miscarriage early in the pregnancy, there wouldn't even be any fetus they would be able to take home with them. Second - you can bury bodies outside of cemetary, but NOT wherever you like, because it's a health risk. In my country we can't even bury pets on our backyard and I'm pretty certain it's common across the Europe and US too. And most of the times, fetus is cremated and only after that you can take it and bury it. They don't just give it to you in a box, for God's sake.

Are you a payed Markle bot or what is wrong with you?

U seem like a paid markle hater
