Grumpy Cat Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 Just now, Terylee said: Isn't that illegal? It is. If you did that here, prison is guaranteed. Abortion material gets cremated and then if you want to- you get the ashes. If the baby dies at birth, you can get the body but there is a diff. procedure you have to get through for the burial (paper wise).

I just find it really weird that people are weirded out by this? Why? Let people grieve how they want and bury the remains how they want. Sheesh.

It doesn't sound like a graveyard.

Maybe it's human remains not your 20 year old dog who died of old age. There's a difference. You cant bury people (from fetuses to 100 yr olds) where you feel like they'd like to be. Ask any policeman what happens if you bury aborted remains in a backyard.
Jay07 Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 I saw in The Crown that another family who lost a child buried her literally in the backyard of their castle so they could visit her every day Maybe it's something the royals do.

Do we really need to have explained why the Duke and Duchess may have opted not to do this at an actual cemetary and instead did it in the privacy of their own property? There is nothing wrong with this.

Nini Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 Just now, Miss Show Business said: Please show me how it's illegal? Why would it be illegal? First of all if she had miscarriage early in the pregnancy, there wouldn't even be any fetus they would be able to take home with them. Second - you can bury bodies outside of cemetary, but NOT wherever you like, because it's a health risk. In my country we can't even bury pets on our backyard and I'm pretty certain it's common across the Europe and US too. And most of the times, fetus is cremated and only after that you can take it and bury it. They don't just give it to you in a box, for God's sake. Are you a payed Markle bot or what is wrong with you?
Henry Torres Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 Maybe he thinks all of this stuff is relatable and he will get empathy from people? Well it's clearly not

This was there wish, why the hell is it "bs" to do this? Your response to this is just weird to me. 1 minute ago, Nini said: First of all if she had miscarriage early in the pregnancy, there wouldn't even be any fetus they would be able to take home with them. Are you one of those people who thing dead bodies and remains are dangerous and a health risk I guarantee you this was legal, or else they would've never been given the remains. They had to have been given them by the hospital or she would've passed on the remains naturally.

Are you a payed Markle bot or what is wrong with you? This You dont get a box of moshy blood clots. That's equal of a health hazard. You can demand the remains but you'll get ashes. If something goes wrong during or after birth- you can demand the body for a cemetery burial or you can leave the body to the hospital (the option of getting ashes is also present. You can ask for the ashes not the body. For some people it's a cheaper option. It doesnt require a burial place, paperwork etc)
