Very good point! I like seeing and tasting each ingredient separately. I'm a massive fan of Japanese cuisines because of this, but I won't disdain eating something "messy" from time to time.

I like to try new and interesting foods, so probably #3. 6 looks interesting too because I don't know what it is. The rest look boring.

6 is Indian food. It's briyani rice made with turmeric powder and fried fish. The turmeric is anti-cancer.

It's not biryani, it's tahiri, which, while similar to biryani, is a different dish and typically is not cooked with meat in it (whereas in biryani and pulao meat is cooked with the rice). Meat/fish is instead added later on.
