The idea is to crush the hope of any progressives who haven't already disconnected from politics. They don't want to court our votes, they just want us to give up and stop trying to influence the party away from the rightward shift it's taken since Clinton and Obama.

Ngl if the political hopes of “progressives” are caught up in continuing to participate in the sham of American gov and electoral politics, then they should be crushed. Less of people wanting to “run for office” and more of people taking a hand in organizing their local communities and building systems of support.

It’s hilarious how Maxine of all people was so nice to sbf even after his arrest even going as far as tweeting him directly to not worry about coming to hearings on ftx. No accountability. No repercussions. Msm will never tell you this. 
 

(Some of the tweets are obviously from conservatives but what’s right is right. The liberals will ignore or never know about it)
