umich Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 "All The Stars" from the Black Panther soundtrack was released 4 January 2018 by Kendrick Lamar and SZA. It served as the lead single and end credits theme. The song peaked at #7 on the Hot 100 - becoming SZA's first top ten single as a lead artist. TayDuaStan Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 Wait… “All The Stars” is 5 years old already? What? It’s one of, if not the best movie soundtrack song ever. It didn’t age a bit. I remember bopping to it on repeat after watching the 1st “Black Panther” movie. SZA’s bridge is incredible & the production by Sounwave is just chef's kiss.
kandicha Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 this + the entire Black Panther soundtrack were such a moment
Otter Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 (edited) I remember being underwhelmed by it at first but the song aged amazingly. Also the beginning of SZA's commercial ascent. Edit: mess actually it came out after Love Galore. Edited January 4, 2023 by Otter
bync Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 Beautiful song. I remember being completely gobsmacked on my first listen. The re-do of SZA's verse kinda ruined it for me, the first version was majestic. Thank God I have the single version of my files app
G.U.Y. Gaga Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 Hate Kendrick in it but live sza is there a solo versiy
