Only under the Biden administration. Increased federal funding to cops hiring program and Local, several of them black, democrat politicians in cities across the country increasing funding to local police departments. BLM was a sham of a movement. A whole bunch of noise for nothing

The US is working hard to get to the top of the ranks. They have already overtaken El Salvador and might beat Syria next year, but it might be tough to beat Philippines, Brazil and Venezuela.

I’ve lived in like 5 different countries, the police are always the most restrictive/cruel people in those countries, I think that has something to do with their job but that doesn’t mean police killings aren’t always wrong, especially in a country like america
