I don't understand how It's related to what I said. I mentioned I can't stan a group If I don't like all members but, at least speaking about me, I don't like less an idol because I acknowledged they aren't as talented as their bandmates or other acts.

Sunmi really has such an interesting world view and she shows that beautifully in her albums and videos, WHILE still maintaining that mainstream kpop element. It’s not easy to do that btw.

I don’t see the appeal in idols who’s only “talents” are their looks (or not even) but I can still stan the group as a whole.

 

Hyunjin for example, I don’t see the appeal.
