5 vinyl variants and shipping them gradually to stay on top says Hi. Lol. Anyway, I hope this album of hers has longevity. Great physical sales usually hurt streaming in the long run, and it's getting obvious. For Taylor Standard, her streaming number for a 9th week album is quite low given the hype and star power. Might just be another 30. Great pure sales, moderate streaming.

And who the heck lied to you that they are being shipped gradually? The album sold 600k vinyls first week. Why the heck would she need to gradually ship them? Jesus, the level of lies and absurds in here from people that clearly make **** out of their arses.

You are just saying things that aren’t true at all :rip: The album is vastly outperforming 30 on streaming, and there’s no gradual shipment of the vinyl

Great hold for SZA and an amazing rise for Taylor :clap3:

She is doing a really bad job of this "shipping gradually" with all those #2 weeks

Week 9

Midnights - 57k SEA (Christmas week)

30 - 43k SEA + Pure (non-Christmas week)

Moderate streaming being 2.7B streams in 2 months too...

You are just saying anything :rip:

i don’t see midnights decreasing to 80k…i really just don’t. i don’t think you’re considering that xmas was heavily hurting the album’s streams and it’ll definitely bounce back on streaming now that xmas is over.

it will be very very close next week.

And I’m pretty sure Lavender Haze is getting the single treatment soon, it still has a video to be released. That’ll be a decent maintained boost for the album

My point wasn't about the cummulative stream but the longevity/recurrent stream in the USA i.e SEA in the US because that is what will determine how long it charts in the long run. 57k in her 9th week is quite low, bad bunny was doing 100k plus SEA as at 14th week, and she is supposed to be bigger. You guys are just so insecure and annoying that you can't have a conversation about your favourite without resorting to shade. A few reasonable people got what I meant and pointed out that it's due to Christmas, streaming of non-Christmas songs are generally down, which makes sense.

SZA and Taylor smashing :clap3:

Lool, Swifties live and breath for stats. They need it to validate their stanship. The day Taylor starts declining, I really pity their mental health. Lol.

You're saying bullshit about her numbers/stats, get called out for this and... end up crying because "people care too much about her stats!!!", make it make sense :rip:

Not Bad Bunny being the standard for streaming :ahh:  first it's 30, then it's suddenly Bad Bunny

No Midnights didn't suppose to be bigger than the biggest album of the streaming era :rip:

Our mental health was fine for evermore and Fearless TV :rip: Y’all think we’re only here for numbers when we’re really here for the music. Evermore is the least successful of her studio albums and yet it’s in a lot of our top 3 albums from her.

You have comprehension problem. I never said 30 was the standard, I said 30 had moderate recurrent stream and I hope Midnights wouldn't, but rather than engage in an intelligent discussion about it, you resorted to childish rants and shade. Yes, I compared Taylor Swift to bad bunny because Swifties have said it times without number the she is the biggest artist in the world, the music industry herself. So she should be able to crush bad bunny recurrent stream numbers without breaking a sweat.

Absolutely no one expected her to have some kind of UVST longevity, especially as a woman, stop using his numbers to downgrade Taylor’s when he is just an exception and while she is doing better than anyone else. She will surpass UVST’s total in two weeks and it’s her fastest album to cross the 3M units (and probably 4M as well in a few months) since 1989. If you don’t know anything about her numbers, don’t come in here and pretend she is doing « bad in her 9th week for her standards!!! ».

i mean, at the end of the day bad bunny has streaming longevity but taylor is a pure sales + streaming monster so naturally her streaming wouldn’t be as big as bad bunny’s since she’s also moving pure copies.

I just got the notification that I have a warning point due to my posts in this thread. I'm ready curious because I don't know what I did wrong. Aren't we just having a typical atrl discussion? I didn't use a foul or offensive language. What warrant the warning? I'm kinda new to commenting here. I would appreciate an insight from anyone.

Looks like SZA will keep that #1 for very long. The Deluxe is probably coming in the next month or so with 7+ songs and she still has vinyl up her sleeves

I can see it pulling 8 weeks at #1:duca:

Bad Bunny was already in a massive stadium run in the US by his 14th week. Taylor is currently being affected by the Xmas freeze and her tour only starts 13 weeks from now!

Midnight is smashing so hard. 3m in 2 months is insane. Sza is also smashing. I don’t think it’ll reach ctrl sales but it’s still smashing. Both are winning
