My mistake. Whenever I see or hear the word incel I normally visualize a man who hates women. In this case, I was given the impression that this person possesses a hate for gay men. But puritan is fitting.

I think the point he was struggling to make was basically what everyone's mother says about socials: don’t post stuff publicly that you wouldn’t want your boss or head of the company to see. 
 

As someone who works a 9-5 office job as a cog in the machine, that’s something I can agree with (but I know most influencers or people who post stuff like this don’t care what their boss might think, and that’s their prerogative). Posts like the one he’s shaming make me cringe but at the same time, he totally framed this the wrong way. It is not specific to gays or millenials at all, so I have no idea why he went that route. Bottom line, if posts like that bother you then just block those people and move on
