fauxtography Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Hi - what cologne do you use? Whats your signature scent? Looking to expand my scent portfolio for the next year because I've kinda been addicted to buying bottles, but not all of them smell great. But anyways - these are my signature scents~ Winter: Spring/Summer:
Sesame Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 I’m assuming it smells like whatever I ate 12 hours prior
fauxtography Posted December 20, 2022 Author Posted December 20, 2022 What I bought and HATED The uomo casual is decent - just smells too "soapy." I bought it because some youtuber said it smells like tiramisu but it honestly smells like a hotel soap bar. That Chris Collins harlem nights is quite possibly, the WORST thing I've ever smelt in my life. It is super strong and sticks to you from morning to night, but it smells like an empty soda can. The second time I tried it, it literally made me nauseous and I couldn't wear it again. Sold it on facebook at half price with a big warning saying you'll smell like sticky soda.

PopKills Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 (edited) My trademark perfume I use daily is Toy 2 Bubblegum by Moschino For special occasions I usually use Royal Revolution by Katy Perry, Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf or Tom Ford‘s Lavender Extreme for very special occasions. sugarysunflower Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 This is the cheapest cologne I use over the years and ironically been the most well received for its scent for years when I’ve worn it this is a classic I always have And I been recently trying this over the last couple years and the red / green / blue variations of wood or aquatic smells are pretty fresh and strong

Acetone Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 I’ve never really used cologne - my dad had some when I was growing up but any time I tried it people made comments about how strong/overpowering it was I’ve been kind of curious to try using it again though if I can find one that is not too eye watering powerful and not too pricey

We've come a long way since "Dad colognes" which all kinda smell like the definition of "cologne" (very old guy at church scents - kinda like strong after shave) There are plenty of colognes that dont have an overpowering cologne sent. For example - in OP, Burberry London smells like a Christmas desert. Its what I wear to family gatherings since cologne gives my mom migranes and its one that doesn't have that overwhelming cologne scent.
305 Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Do colons have a scent? Never noticed, someone tell me if my colons have a scent ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

I’m pretty sure the one my dad had was the green Curve thanks for the recommendation, I will see if I can sample it at a department store or something but Christmas dessert that doesn’t cause headaches sounds right up my alley
MonsterJohn Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Why so many of you guys like Versace Eros, it smells straight up nauseous. I'm not a fan of creamy soapy smell at all I like Cool Water, Bleu de Chanel, Hugo Boss Hugo Extreme
