i would be fuming if my car got repossessed or my loans are vehemently incorrectly calculated because of THEIR negligence (meanwhile I’d counteract the latter by the fact the consumer should be using common sense and doing their own calculations and having a second person to verify the calc tbh).

 

I thought they’d be on their best behaviour after the fake accounts scandal

the fact that the penalty will literally do nothing to their balance for them in the long term though :(
