Completely agree with everything here although I would’ve chose something from Oddinary for Stray Kids, that EP was much worse for me. Poison is disgusting and I hope that album never comes out, Joker was already the worst song on that shitty Ed album, can Taylor just stay away from him  I don’t even wanna talk about Aespa (although I think they were overhated this year it was still my biggest disappointment of 2022)

Recap~ Shoutout to Yola, finally got into her this year and both albums were lovely Stand for Myself (song) is great.

Worst Albums~ I didn't hate The Trouble with Fever but yeah, it was super weak Kiii yeah Sl*t Pop is definitely a mess, and this is coming from someone that enjoys Kim (to an extent.) Still wild how that got greenlit & released but that full Problematique album couldn't. The first 2 tracks are kinda cute though. Didn't hear any of the rest, love that! || Worst Singles~ The Joker and the Queen remix is so fascinating to me on multiple levels, but yeah the original sucked and Taylor being added on actually might've made it worse. Unholy is definitely not great. First Class + Hot Sh*t back to back Not  "It Was A... (Masked Christmas)" asdjfj I think I heard about that once and then immediately erased it from my mind, I can already tell it's trash just from the title and Jimmy being involved.

Thet posthumous Aaliyah album has been worked for years but it never materialized like why are they still trying at this point 

 

Tbh i kinda consider to put their 2022 music on here but Case 143 and its EP are just so horrendous to me that i have to pick the biggest turd out of the two of them

Since her new album was released on December, i will put her on next year list. And also i'm still in SZA's SOS era so i have to prepare myself for Ms. Simbi new classic

I know sequels rarely better than the original, but goddamn this album is such a wasted potential. I feel like Calvin was trying TOO hard to create another Vol. 1 but it end up being FLAT

The magic of Vol. 1 was that it sounds fresh for him and the collabs on that album actually made sense. like, Frank Ocean & Migos or Pharrell, Katy Perry & Big Sean on a track together feels natural. But on Vol. 2, Charlie Puth & Shenseea or Dua Lipa & Young Thug?? What's Next? Tina Turner & 6ix9ine??!!

This album is basically like a "you guys asked for this, so now stop requesting it on my insta comment again" type of album and it shows
