NOW Posted September 13, 2023 Posted September 13, 2023 Later's better than never I feel like if they recognized her music videos earlier on, she'd probably be on the way to become a Vanguard recipient some day. Her videography is objectively just that good. 4
VeniceBeach Posted September 15, 2023 Posted September 15, 2023 MOJO Magazine: 30 Artists Who Will Shape The Next 30 Years LANA DEL REY “Fame can put you on the peripheries, where the vultures can pick at you,” Lana Del Rey told MOJO in 2020. Such is the genius of LDR, mainstream superstar and transgressive auteur; a singer-songwriter who simultaneously embodies Hollywood Technicolor and its weirder underside. A torch singer with blood ties to country melodrama and Mazzy Star anomie, her story only gets more fascinating: few contemporary artists can elide high-concept roleplay into candid confessionals so elegantly. Start with: Norman ******* Rockwell! (POLYDOR, 2019) 3 1

Reibax Posted September 17, 2023 Posted September 17, 2023 What do we think of this fake unreleased? I don't know what it has but I keep coming back to it 1
ATRL Moderator Unoriginal Posted September 17, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted September 17, 2023 norman will definitely reach platinum eventually. hopefully by the end of next year
Aethereal Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 It is already eligible for Platinum in US, I hope they recertify both BTD and NFR by early next year we can get an update for their pure sales after the holidays.
popstickle Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 I see DYKTTATUOB has left the BB200 now, had a good run for Lana and considering it didn’t have a hit.
ontherocks Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 The 23 weeks it charted exceeded my expectations after the bombs that were Chemtrails and Banisters. Despite her incredible increase in popularity on Spotify, this album was by no means commercial sounding and only got one video. I wonder where she's heading next.

popmusicisdead Posted September 22, 2023 Posted September 22, 2023 i just lost someone very dear to me yesterday and i made the mistake of listening to this album earlier today. i pretty much wailed and ugly cried all day yesterday and thought i already cried myself out but i couldn't even go through Fingertips. the "astral body" part makes so much sense to me now. i keep wishing they'd visit me in my dreams just so i could see them again. sit next to them or do something else mundane like we used to. 8
brokee Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 Such a beautiful album that i will never get tired of 3
NOW Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 (edited) Thank you goated queen for giving us this amazing album. Despite the lack of proper promo, videos, or single pushes (are we surprised?), the quality is what counts and she did it once again. Wishing her lots of luck and love in her next endeavor as a Waffle House lead server. Edited September 23, 2023 by NOW 1
