So last night I had the most random dream about Lana and I’ve never dreamt about her before. My local retail park (strip mall) was flooded and there was a group of people swimming around the parking lot and I noticed that Lana Del Rey was one of them, she was also skinny dipping. 
 

I was freaking out to my friend because I couldn’t believe that Lana was, first of all, in the UK and second of all, skinny dipping outside my local shopping complex. So I did what any sane person would do and stripped off and went swimming as well. I casually swam near her acting as if I didn’t know who she was at first so I could strike up a conversation and then we ended up talking and she told me she had some shows coming up and was taking some time to recharge and that she loved reconnecting with nature. 
 

She ended up saying she had to start heading back, so I offered to ‘swim her home’  - and it turns out she left her clothes / belongings next to the canal which happens to be outside of my house, so I knew a shortcut to take and then the realisation hit me. The flooded part of the water we were swimming in was connected to the canal, which wasn’t good. You’re not allowed to swim in it because of the rats and how much bacteria is in it, but I couldn’t bring myself to freak out and worry Lana, so I just went along with it and carried on swimming through the rat piss and ****. 
 

We then got out and got changed and I started walking her towards my house as she was going to get on some public transport that’s next to where I live and I was telling her about my career in marketing and she was saying how she’s jealous and would love a marketing job and then I woke up. 
 

Thanks for talking with me Lana and making me swim through dirty, rat ridden water. I’ll never forget it.
