I am so happy we have an official vision (so yeah she also lowkey agrees that it should not be on 1 version of the album) without that horrid interlude. The people who like it are just pretentious. I don't even like the interlude, I just choose to experience the album that way, people can do whatever they want with the tracklist. I guess that if she released the album without that interlude on streaming I would listen to that version. Edited April 12, 2023 by G.U.Y_Del_Rey

TrueBlood Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 I agree that the interludes are part of the album "experience", but deleting them made me truly realize how this is her second best album ever.
ScorpiosGroove Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 i’m all for deleting the Judas **** Interlude cause it’s mostly nonsense and too long (and should’ve just been an instrumental with some talking at the end) but the Jon Interlude is pure excellence her great gig in the sky teas, we need 8 of those but with more actual singing
duybeeGAshantiGA Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 The album is perfect this way, 1 interlude being the Jon Batiste is a perfect amount. Now it can finally be on par with NFR as her best albums. Im not sure which one is better yet

Hope she continues to work with him because I'd love for her to explore this sound even more. Anyway, let me pre-order the boob cover along with the other online store variant. This woman will stay robbing us with her art

I don't think any other track does that for me except the Judah Smith interlude so I get why it's right before this track. I'm curious to see what she planned for its music video.

Ice Cream Skies Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Yeah, I can sit through the interludes because I’m not a little *****.

I would like to see it And idk anything about this Judah person, but I like that the production flows right into Candy Necklace. That almost fast paced playing of the piano is used in Candy Necklace and that moment where it starts to get really eerie and speeds up like the pivotal moment in a suspenseful thriller >>>
VeniceBeach Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 The album is rising in streams 2 days in a row
ontherocks Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Obvious post release songs to push Peppers Paris, Texas Let The Light In C'mon Universal, it can not be THAT hard
CottageHore Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Being pretty is knowing that deleting the Judah Smith Interlude but keeping the John Batiste Interlude is the best way to experience this album

CottageHore Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Our universally successful queen. Not everybody has THAT
stjosephprey4us Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 The Interludes are not that bad, you gays are kind of being annoying. I don’t go out of my way to listen to either of them, but when I play the whole album I don’t skip them bc that is the way Lana meant for the album to be played and they make sense in the melodic narrative. Judah Smith (if you ignore the religious bs, which tbh why would you even have to? Religion has always been an element of Lana’s discography) just reminds me of the Violet Bent Backwards atmospheric speaking tracks, and Jon Batiste’s is actually genuinely pleasant to hear (I just wish there was more of Lana singing and less laughing/talking)

TYMPS Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 the tea is lana put the interludes on the album for a reason, but hey maybe if everyone likes something, it's not that good
Big Bad Wolf Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Daily reminder that Kintsugi and Fingertips are the best songs on the album and are career highlights. Lately I’ve been listening to Fingertips more. But I really exhausted Kintsugi the past few weeks whew. Both are complete masterpieces.
