The rankings got better. Haven't looked up the streams. I think that A CN single was a mistake

On wiki this album is categorized as Americana. Do you guys think that this has a chance in the Americana category at the Grammys?

no because her team is braindead and will try to get her into the pop categories like the other 8th times :deadbanana:

It has little to do with her label. The Grannies can simply put her in another category if they want

Cultural reset

If the album would have to be cut a bit shorter tracks that add the least to the whole experience are imo the Jon Batiste interlude, Paris, texas and either Taco Truck x VB or Peppers (leaning towards the former). They would've made for cute bonus tracks or B-sides.

I absolutely disagree.

This is literally insane. Are you guys okay? I can’t keep reading posts like this. For the first time in six years, Lana has managed to close an album with an *ounce* of velocity.

Yeah, Margaret is a masterpiece. I love it so much, and I love it even more because most artists simply cannot close an album with such sustained potency as nearly 20 minutes of music.

She did that on all of them.

The entire album has shared such a beautiful soundscape, then Tulsa Jesus Freak 2.0 comes with that weird auto-tune and Peppers comes out of the ******* nowhere and feels like a complete misfit to the album.

Taco Truck x VB is beautiful tho, but after the past 2 songs you're just tired.

Margaret also just feels like a perfect track to end on with that beautiful outro.

Also, not to mention the fact that the album is 1h 18m. It could use a trim.
