Lana Del Rey - 'Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd'

Y’all give too much weight to these 70/100 reviews. What is musicOMH anyways

Especially when you have LA Times literally saying it’s her best album yet.

Priorities, sisters. This album is acclaimed.

i wonder what the next chapter would be... we all thought WW and Textbook would be the most personal tracks of her but now that she topped it already with the entire Ocean Blvd record :WAP:

It's unfair to include this last record that I'm recently getting to know but I feel it this way:

Norman ******* Rockwell! > Born to Die >> Ultraviolence >> Lust For Life >>> Blue Banisters > Chemtrails Over The Country Club >> Paradise >>>> Honeymoon >> Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd

If this ends up having worst score than BB...

They have to add 2 80's, 1 80-100 and that 70... so she's doing ok

So her first music video from this era will be Candy Necklace? :rip: why wouldn't she release a music video for the first three singles before??

It also has goodbye vibes that feels nostalgic and I'm hoping it's just for artistic purposes only and Lana is currently in a good mental state.

I thought so too. It’s giving Swan song

Lots of lyrics are also about life and death. It’s a very deep and personal album.

It’s also giving Ultraviolence in terms of how raw it is, not sound. It’s Lana unfiltered and without trying to be polished.

Jon Batiste commented under her post of the visualizer. He’s most likely going to make an appearance in the video. Love when black dudes are in her video. :heart2:

LA Times reads like a 90+ and I imagine they're weighted pretty heavily. An 81 average is on the horizon I fear!

This truly feels like her most personal album to date - no more made up stories and metaphors. It also has goodbye vibes that feels nostalgic and I'm hoping it's just for artistic purposes only and Lana is currently in a good mental state.

When I think all the things about them

when the next album is just her reading excerpts of her actual diary to a metronome, then what?

The true surprise here is that COCC won, huh?

Only NFR! was able to surpass it. Such a bizarre thing.
