One thing that puzzles me is if the "bombastic" songs Jack was talking about some time ago really made it onto the album. What is bombastic by his definition?

 

Cause what BOZ describes is an introspective, personal record.

If I had to guess, I would say no, the bombastic songs did not make the album because those songs would be Norman outtakes and BoZ said all of these songs were recorded in the second half of 2021 @ontherocks

Makes sense. But on the other hand, how many songs could there possibly be? She said during her BBC interview that she has no material left.

Oh, I thought she said that in the sense that she was feeling creatively stifled by the pandemic (wasn't the BBC interview in January?) and wasn't sure where she was going next after Chemtrails, which is why Blue Banisters turned the way it did

 

But late 2021 after the release of BB is probably where she started finding her creative directions again @ontherocks

If I remember correctly, she said that she usually has new songs written when an album comes out, but she didn't have that with Chemtrails. Of course, this information she gave could have been false, but why?

 

And I think Jack made that comment after BB was released.
