i will say the judah smith interlude makes me quite uncomfortable  i do however get why it's here and lana's connection to what the pastor is speaking about (love vs lust and speaking against men leaving their families for other women) and the atmosphere of the muffled recording with the piano is beautiful. 

 

i just don't enjoy hearing pastors 😭

Listened to Fingertips again and it's such a gorgeous yet sad song I can't see myself listening to it a lot because it's just too sad. This is her saddest song period but unlike other sad songs she released about failed relationships and stuff this one is about REAL things that happened to her as a teenager and I can't handle it.
