Lana Del Rey - 'Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd'

I don't think it has any importance for the album AT ALL, but I laughed when I saw the hair bow.

For those who don't know, that's actually SUCH a southern thing. Women from the north or the west coast don't wear that.

Especially little girls in the south wear the hair bow pretty often. The bigger the hair bow, the more your momma loves you

This is supposed not to be the lead so I guess the real one with a video will come like COCC and Arcadia.

Wait, so maybe I am not that far off with it? And I don't mean the songs and the comments about her mother we already have? :eli:

it is very likely but nothing confirmed

the fact that we didnt get a video for ocean blvd it just signals that this is the buzz single and the "real" lead will come with a video sometime before the album and also the album tracklist, but you never know with ha

The SZA album will make her drop quite a bit despite some playlist exposure, however it's absolutely okay cause SZA has had several hits over the years and ppl were waiting for a new album for a long time. Her numbers will probably be massive

LDRVillage needs to sell posters or art prints of these, they're too good to only be used as the record/CD center labels :WAP:

The song is doing some cute numbers despite the on-going self sabotage and messy releases :clap3:

I keep hearing it on my FYP so hopefully the gays and girls keep streaming after the first week.

EVERY ghey posted it to their stories,

if you haven't posted it you simply are not a ghey.

What is going on with these awful cringey almost pretentious song titles. Ugh :rip: she’s better then this.

still haven’t heard the song. Better slap. I miss her deep bass hip hop use in her songs though. ?

I feel this will rival NFR! once it's out. She took the sounds of her last 2 "incomplete" eras and put them together and the results are stunning based on the title track. If she had taken her time on BB and had Jack come in at the end to clean up everything, this is probably what we'd end up with...but the girl works fast and loves moving onto the next thing. She probably already started on the followup :gaycat6:

How she made three iconic albums in ten years?

The way she's been juggling quantity and quality this entire time, who else?

I feel the same way about the new album. There is just something about the new song that I didn't feel on any other song on BB. This is just way better written, better produced and mixed. It sounds grand, BB and COCC didn't (although COCC was not supposed to sound big anyway, but still)

I appreciate that she decided to put the last 2 out even though she wasn't fully satisfied with the end results; it's messy but much more interesting to see her raw process instead of getting everything tidied up and perfect every single time. It's just that she set her standards so high where most of the disappointment comes from and she should definitely avoid doing that again

The GP was reminded of her best album NFR when they heard the quality of her new song
