yall do too much on Jack, he sounds fine in Marjorie

If anything Margaret is closer to All To Well 10 min than anything on folkmore. I'll give you that, those trumpets are very similar if not the same (which for me is not a problem since the song is for Jack anyway, he's singing in it and both of them are friends with Taylor)

I'm perched 'cause I know it's going to be an important one, the fact that it's between the two interludes makes it look like it's very central for the whole record.

Lana herself told me she loves Blue Banisters and her least fav album is Norman, so y’all will deal :heart2:

Fingertips is finally growing on me :clap3:

So far I’d rank this album above LFL, BB and COTCC. It’s hard to say it it’ll surpass BTD and HM for me - definitely not NFR or UV

I think she did insinuated that she's not the most fond of Norman a few times. Which is funny given its looming influence in every record post it

I think what she said is that, contrary to this album, with Norman she had the pressure of deliver some kind of "perfection" that made the whole recording process less natural for her. Or at least, she felt less freedom in doing mistakes and letting herself be free of experiment more in every aspect.

If yall think this is not better than BTD.... yall need help :biblio:

I get you could like the production more or something but there's 10+ years of experience that you can read on her lyricism and listen on her voice.

That nasty meaning of Candy Necklace. I hope the other women at the Baptist church don't find out at our potluck. :rip:

Who brought up BTD?

Lana doesn't get enough credit for her song writing skills. She's truly one of - if not - the best of our generation.

The way everyone is posting different Top 3s/5s from the album is crazy.

I feel like Grandfather and Fingertips are the most acclaimed among stans from what I've seen
