When are we going to accept that the Taco Truck chanteuse has no bad albums and that it's just a question of great vs. masterpiece? :coffee2:

Lana Del Acclaim is coming for her 90 MC score this time around I fear. :clap3:

to think we'd be listening to this now :(

Yes. Call ME delusional but I for sure know in my heart that this will end up with a 90+ on MC. Bookmark me, babes!

My God, SOS, and I say this as a SZA stan, was such a downgrade from CTRL and it’s got 94. Lana is established, the critics love her again, she’s got the reverence from her peers like never before and the music thus far has been some of her best and even Bitchfucc agrees!

This is her magnum opus. We will now talk about DYKTTATUOB the same way we’ve been referencing NFR these past 4 years.

I’m not looking forward to the woke mob making a mountain out of a mole hill with the “lanita” lyric

Grandfather really came to be MAC’s older sister :WAP: we can’t stop winning this era

This is probably an unpopular opinion but I am bored … even w the magazine covers, I feel like (as was said) a lot of info was just reiterated. The Billboard Women in Music event was cool but it was just a lot of ass kissing of her, and nothing came of it (even Kim Petras performed at the event :toofunny3: and Lana tried to sh*t away her goodwill almost immediately after w the M*rgan W*llen comment). A&W was interesting, but I’m sorry these songs being dropped without videos is a non-event. If the album really comes and goes with not a single video I’m going to be really unsatisfied. And it’s not about doing promo to me (I have given up on Lana doing numbers on the charts long ago, and we know mvs are kind of a dead art form when it comes to promo). It’s just that extra layer that the videos add to the era, and seeing Ms. Thing in motion, as opposed to the millions of pics we’ve gotten from magazine covers and the album shoot

Posted

And just as an example for detractors who may say she hasn’t been putting out many videos an era for a while, here is a list of all the videos each era. For BB being an album she “didn’t want to do any promo” the current era is even more dead than that :ace:

Yessss, perfect timing. I think it should be the "hope is..." of the album to hype the lyric content of the album.

Everything is going too good, I just wonder why they refuse to make/release a music video for any song.
