byzantium Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 This list is nothing but legends. It really demonstrates how hard even getting to 10 years of still being able to top the charts is.
Ken Lee Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 Barbra's legendary career ATRL needs to get into ha

eli's_rhythm Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 (edited) I really appreciate how you chose great photos for everyone No big surprises because Gaga, Katy, Pink, Rihanna etc. got their first #1s too late in their careers to make the cut. Gaga and Rih are shoe-ins to make the list with their next albums though. Anybody else on the cusp? Edited December 6, 2022 by eli's_rhythm

Genius1111 Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 I am just reminded that it has been 7 years since Kelly's last #1 album. Hopefully she will be lucky enough to snatch a #1 with her divorce album, and the gap will become 19/20 years.

Besides those two (Rihanna & Gaga), Ariana Grande should definitely make it too with her next album. Her first #1 album turns 10 next August. P!nk is a likely candidate as well, her next album comes out in February and her past 3 albums all went #1. Less likely, but possible if competition is weak, is Miley Cyrus. Her most recent album was blocked from #1.

It's so crazy how P!nk didn't get a #1 album until 10+ years in given how big she was in the 2000s.

FreeXone Posted December 7, 2022 Posted December 7, 2022 I hope Black Diamond goes number one next year. Janet deserves another number one album! It would be 37 year span!
