It's a very personal album, so that's why I thought that. lol Who knows what she's up to.

I know ... but I just cant imagine her doing a concert for 300 - 500 ppl or sth ... like at the end of the day she's JLo.

She left Universal YEARS ago.. She left Island for Captiol and then re-joined Epic for a bit, then followed L.A. Reid to HITCO.

She joined Universal Music Group in 2010 and released two albums under them: the first, Love?, was released under Island Def Jam Music Group's Island Records in 2011. In May 2013, she joined Capitol Music Group's Capitol, and released A.K.A. in 2014. In March 2016, it was announced she had re-signed to Epic under what was called a "longterm contract." By 2019, she was signed to Hitco Entertainment (distributed by EMPIRE).

Her trajectory with labels is shocking for such a big superstar name! She chased LA Reid all over after IDJ (from Capitol to Epic to HITCO) and that was a huge mistake if you ask me. I’m worried he’s still involved too since he was at Benny Medina’s birthday too. She needs to drop Benny as a music manager by the way. We’re in the streaming age and he never caught up to current release strategy and tactics. They’re very close and he’s the godfather of the twins, but just leave it at that: a friendship. Time to innovate and work with new people!

L.A. was never at Capitol. She went to Capitol because she signed to RedOne's record label, which was distributed by Capitol Music Group at that time. And I agree: Medina needs to go, but she'll never ditch him.

Oh god, A.K.A should've been fully produced by him. Her RedOne dance era (feat. Pitbull) was everything:jonnycat:

He was the executive producer of the album; "Live It Up" was part of those sessions at one point. Would've been an album worth releasing, because what we did get was... bad.

A.K.A. was a masterpiece on what we could get from RedOne. Doing few tracks with him in 2011-2012 was fine and it helped her career, but Live It Up is a complete generic mess. A.K.A. had excellent tracks but it lacked choices for singles. At this point in her career her focus should be on the material and quality of her songs, gladly it feels she's on the right path. Now if success comes in her way then that's a bonus.
