As for this being her last album? I hope not, but she's talked about it being a nice closure to her music career… She's not the type of artist to be inspired during heartbreak, but I kind of want her to be very sassy and a diva and create an album that drags the **** out of Ben. He seduced her a second time when she was at the height of her career (year of Hustlers/Super Bowl), gave her a ring that said "not. going. anywhere.", yet dropped the ball on her the moment going got tough. :rip:

I don't think this'll be her final album but I also think it's been some time before a full-length comes. I hope to be wrong... but I expect some droplets happening. And she was influenced by heartbreak: "Dance Again" was inspired by her divorce from Mark and her then-budding love with Beau, and that track is hella good.

Also I still think this should've been the album cover :giraffe:

People were so stuck on this being the album cover when it wasn't even an option, LOL. I get why, given the aesthetic of it matching Then. But, I do like the cover(s) we ultimately got.

Honestly I'd be here for her to serve a The Vault Rarities type of compilation album called Block Party which scrapped unreleased tracks to hold us over and give us every shade of Jennifer musically like

1. Alive (Thunderpuss Remix)

2. I'm Glad (Reggaeton Remix)

3. The One featuring Joe Budden

4. Loving You (Arabian Remix)

5. Get On The Mic featuring Don Omar

6. Frozen Moments

7. Hooked On You

8. This Cannot Be Love

9. Louboutins

10. Everybody's Girl (Original Edit)

11. On The Radio featuring David Guetta

12. What's It Gonna Take

13. Charades

14. Lookin Good

15. Breaking Me Down

It's sad to know how inspired she was to create this project and how all this turned out. I really hope it shifts her creativity to another level and inspire her to be even more determined to do her art they way she wants.

i still refuse to believe that his team tried indirectly to sabotage her TIMN era . what a cohesive album . it's her best actually

she should release smth as a revenge at this point . a club banger with a message a la Dance again .

I believe it was someone higher up the food chain. Seeing as she went indie.

I love this album, it's her best and most cohesive album rather than a playlist with hit singles and album fillers!

It's me and you, Bentley coupe
Show the kids how we do
We got the stars in the roof
But the real one is you
We in the hills, couple goals
Yeah, we really that cute
Yeah, we really that cute
Lookin' like 22, yeah

Wow. I'm on a gym break so I've started watching movies. Watched both the movie and doc and I was impressed. Def think the album highlights are CGE, AGN, and Rebound.

A shame how the era turned out.

This album will remain as a gem between her fans. I don't think it's her best album. Cohesive? Yes but I think she's got better projects.

One thing we can all agreed it's that she has way worse projects.

I'm a big JLO fan but this might be her only album that didn't click with me and that I can't listen to at all. And I really forced myself and tried to like it. Having said that I am happy when I see people enjoying it. And I wish it didn't flop that hard.

3 to 4 are passable but the album is a snoozefest. I've got to tip my hat to her, to try to make something current but still sound dated ... some veteran pop girls really fumbled the bag. Her voice still sounds bad though, like a dying cat that has has been processed and autotuned. Hope she goes back to strong beats that cover her voice or background vocalists doing the heavy lifting.

imo the promo wasnt right and the timing also . she should have released CGE feat latto with that hot mv first then the album - film .

this should've been in a soundtrack for a hit movie. it's TOO good to flop sadly. also the video is fantastic.
