Back in 2011, many accused Judas of being the single that marked the end of Gaga's pre streaming era career - especially on radio. Her first true 'flop' (in the US at least) it charted for a mere 8 weeks with a #10 peak. So...Did it have the last laugh?

Hold It Against Me :deadbanana4:

Truly forgotten, her worst lead single choice ever and low key started the downward trend in her career. "3" should've been the lead single.

Hold it against me streams :rip:

Anyway we know Judas is a little bit viral right now. So it doesn't make any sense this kind of comparisons you always make for something like that, in 2 months it will drop while Firework will still make 400K  cause yeah Firework is an huge popular song and one of the biggest hit of the decade and Judas is not. Same for just dance, bad romance or poker face if they're making a little less than judas in the last days.

So no, no revenge.

These revenge threads would have some kind of sense if a song overstreams the total of some other song. At the point it's a revenge.

But Judas has 237M total streams and Firework 747M.

Judas is taking 100K streams more daily. At this rate it only needs 5100 days to surpass Fireworks. That means almost 14 years. Good luck to her :spin:

Tiktok Payola and the album still has the lowest streams out of any “smash” 10’s album (or even albums like 4)

Judas has a cute little Tik Tok trend right now but that‘s where it ends. It will wear off in a few months from now on.

ET's streams are tragic (even combined with the solo) for how big it was too :rip:

Why don't you put Total Streams to really weight?

It's not the same to average 500K today if the song has a total of 237M (Judas)

Or average 500K with a total of 900M-1B (We found love, Grenade, MLJ...)

I mean... Adele's songs are both above 1.2B both of them

Or even average 400K with a total of 700M (S&M, PRA, ET...)

Its just due to tik tok... it will be back to pushing 13k streams per day once this tik tok craze is over.. lets not act like its doing these numbers on its own.. Love Judas but gotta be realistic

Is that what it was doing before? :deadbanana:

Anyway this thread is so pointless, the answer is clearly tiktok.

I think Judas is one of her best songs but it will go back to doing little numbers and then what?
