In its second week on Netflix's Global Top 10, Lindsay Lohan's new holiday romcom tops the chart ahead of Slumberland ($150m budget, starring Jason Momoa - tragic debut for a blockbuster :rip:) and The Wonder (starring future Oscar winner Florence Pugh). A similar romcom with Freddie Prinze Jr and Aimee Garcia also debuted at #6. Lindsay's movie even had less viewed hours than its debut week but it was still enough to beat these major new releases :duck:

and on WhipMedia/TV Time's overall US consumption chart for last week:

One of the last true Hollywood stars of our generation. Have you seen the new Lindsay Lohan movie?

no.

Lindsay has the potential to become the Kelly Clarkson of acting.

never underestimate the power of the Karen/soccer mom demographic.

Not at all. I think the general opinion is that she's very talented and despite her rocky past, I think the GP is rooting for her and want to see her succeed.

:dies: I'm honestly surprised a movie like this got so much traction, even the reviews aren't as tragic as I expected and it had the best opening weekend for a Netflix original Thursday release :skull:

I think she has 2 more movies incoming on Netflix with the same flop/Hallmark-like team

let's hope Jamie Lee Curtis is able to make Freaky Friday 2 happen so Lindsay returns to Disney :dancehall3:

And wait, I just looked at the US chart again and noticed Lindsay beat Ryan Reynolds/Will Ferrell's christmas movie Spirited's Apple TV+ debut as well :clap3: (but that received a limited theater release a week prior so technically it wasn't a streaming exclusive debut like the others I mentioned tho...)
