Times have progressed enormously in literally just the span of like 5 years. Like my twitter timeline is CONSTANTLY full of “straight men” thirsting over femmeboys and thinks saying stuff like “idc I’m smashing on sight” and getting like 20k+ likes from other “straight bros”. That type of stuff back in like 2014 would cause uproar, humiliation, outing, Doxxing, threats etc but now it’s like just common AF. The vast majority aren't doing this and if they are, it's all for clout or to pander to gay men given the heterosexual men-worship that is prevalent in the community. I think for gen-z guys they definitely are more open minded when it comes to that sort of thing or maybe they're just more h*rny... it's also seen as cool to be "sus" - it'll be interesting to see if this is fleeting or will actually last but it definitely seems to me like guys are more comfortable with their sexuality today than they were even five yrs ago.
