Just a reminder to those who have something to say about them being latinas or not:

"The Latin Grammy honors works recorded in Spanish or Portuguese from anywhere around the world that has been released either in Latin America, the Iberian Peninsula, or the United States."

I love the Latin Grammys rewarding indigenous women of colour like these two instead of white Latinas

I know you're trolling but Christina's father is clearly part indigenous

Rosalia isn't latina though. She is directly from Spain. I don't care for Rosalia's music but I do think its funny how most of the people that have a problem with Rosalia in Latin circles are not even Latino :skull: Sure I've seen latinos call her out but outside of social media I know a lot of latinos that **** with her music (obviously the younger demographic) and they dont care that she's from Spain. I remember when they tried to "cancel" Enrique Iglesias on twitter just a few years ago because he's not "Latino". It was hilarious to witness because it was mostly tweets from White liberal gay men and black people calling Enrique Iglesias a "colonizer" and then the actual latinos from twitter dragging these Non-Latinos for not minding their business :ahh: Most latinos love Enrique Iglesias and dont care that he isn't directly from Latin America. He's also not fully white. He is part Filipino and he actually has a puerto rican great grandmother. Jennifer Lopez, Wisin Y Yandel, Ricky Martin, Ozuna, Glorida Estefan, Marc Anthony, Pitbull, etc have all supported Enrique and vise versa.

It's also hysterical to see Non-Latino people try to force LatinX down our throats. We don't have a problem with other latinos using LatinX but most of us don't use it and it doesn't even grammatically make sense. It says a lot when Latino transgendered people are also calling out the LatinX label.
