Wait can someone please explain to an aging, white, out of touch gay how wearing his face all over her clothes is shading him?

the necklace she put around his neck

So she needs to go prison before she’s allowed to criticize someone for praising Hitler?

Once again - like thousands of others, she could have found her loophole around it. She voluntarily went as a symbol of support for the army.

or she could serve on the lowkey and shut up but nope… let’s co-sign literal fascists views before going to the EMA’s (which Israel paid for her to go) to criticize a tweet by a crazy man.

And if you point out the hypocrisy you’re antisemitic! :bird:

Is this not a woman that supports the apartheid regime that is torturing millions of Palestinians as we speak?

The ability of yall Zionists (ik you are lol) to erase Palestinian reactions/feelings is not surprising, at least.

Once again, its not about her being just Israeli. Noga Erez is Israeli too :rip: its about her being Israeli AND supporting an apartheid regime / being besties with literal Israeli government funded fascists :rip:

Yall really think you’re doing something.

Israelis supporting a fascist regime doesn't mean they don't get to speak out against anti semitism. Just like Palestinians who are violating women's and LGBTQ's rights doesn't mean they can't speak out against the violation of human rights they suffer from Israel

Seems like she's getting praised for this in Israel, so it served its purpose. :foxaylove3:

People in these spaces feel entitled to their anti-semitism because they keep hearing in their very biased echo chamber that Israel bad Palestine good

Kirel said she chose to wear the outfit as “a fashion item with a message for the whole world; an item that signals that I am both Jewish and Israeli. We have been experiencing a lot of antisemitism, especially in light of Kanye West’s statements. I am proud to be an Israeli artist who represents Israel in the world,” she was quoted as saying by public broadcaster Kan in a statement.

she is nationalist. i dont understand why you are all goin in that bella haddid user when he has a point. he’s obviously pro-palestine, against anti-semitism, but also against Israel. Noa herself separates both as different identities and her outfit was honoring both. Kanye west is a nazi piece of trash, but that doesn’t excuse what the state of Israel has been doing. I wouldn’t feel proud about my country if I didn’t agree with its politics.

Love how you’re trying to block or equate an ongoing 70 years old (100+ if you begin with colonial terror) apartheid genocidal illegal occupation that actively tortures children with a Kanye West tweet. And the equation of colonialism and ethnic cleansing with homophobia is pink washing at its finest.

Israel indiscriminately violates the rights of Palestinian LGBTQ, women, children etc. So clearly it’s an issue of a uniquely discriminative systemic institution here that is incomparable nor categorized in the same sphere as homophobia etc. which prevails amongst populations of billions and is not unique to Palestinians. So don’t think you successfully neutralized a systemic genocide here.

She is there to represent Israel. Not merely Jewish people, but Israel.

It’s because they are closeted Zionists lol. As simple as that. They get what I’m saying.

Or they simply read what the international law and all human rights organizations to ever exist (incl. Jewish ones) had to say

Despite your presistant use of the term "zionist" mockingly I don't think Miss "From the river to the sea" will see it happen in her lifetime. I'd channel this energy into activism to actually benefit the lives of the civilians in Palestinian territories.

I'm not? I never denied Israel's crimes and it was just an example.

And stop trying to reduce anti semitism to a tweet. anti semitism led to the murder of millions, displacement, hate crimes and discrimination throughout history and to this very day. Jews have a right to protest against it without being blamed for the actions of Israel, which is exactly what you're doing. Your constant refusal to admit that anti semitism is a true, fatal problem throughout this conversation is just another proof that you don't believe all Jews deserve protection.

Not a Zionist telling a Palestinian “what to do” in order to better Palestinian lives while simultaneously celebrating and hoping the illegal occupation doesn’t end in our lifetime. :rip: Yall apartheid stans show your true colors so quick.

Only on ATRL. If a Russian member said that about the Ukrainian occupation they would be banned in an instant.

Once again you’re trying to make a case of separating Israeli identity with a Jewish identity (the obvious) when she herself claims she’s there to represent Israel. You never denied Israel’s genocide? Well, she did. She shouldn’t be associated with Israel’s genocide? Then she shouldn’t support it. It’s that simple and yet here you are using vague anti semitism arguments to shield her from criticism. Don’t reduce anti semitism to a tweet? She’s the one literally making a gimmick out of it literally wearing the crazy man who tweeted it.

If it were an Iranian singer there wearing a hijab to protest some of European countries islamphobic anti hijab laws but did it in the name of Iran and said she was there to represent her country which values she believes in everyone here would instantly get the hypocrisy. But because it’s an Israeli singer suddenly anyone pointing out the hypocrisy is a raging anti semitic nazi :rip:

I thought hating Israel wasn’t the same as hating Jewish people… how coincidental that Israel is the first thing brought up.

I wonder why singers from any other country with human rights abuses aren’t held to that standard  or why K-Pop stars receiving support from their government isn’t nefarious but for the one Jewish state it is about “power” and “control.”

Weird! definitely not the whole Jewish thing

OT: Nice to see someone proudly show their heritage as the world is at its highest level of antisemitism and antisemitic attacks since WWII.

Was it ever about her? I've been on ATRL long enough to know that whoever it may have been protesting anti semitism the Israel comments would have shown up sooner or later. anti semitism and the occupation of Palestine aren't related and still you choose to bring it up every time instead of addressing anti semitism. Those aren't vague anti semitism arguments, those are true concerns because anti semitism on ATRL is nothing new and this thread is just another case of it.
