Johnny Jacobs Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 So during her appearance/performance at the EMAs, Jewish singer Noa Kirel shaded Kanye using his face on her outfit and placed star of david chains on his neck Pretty iconic. Taylor seemed to be amused by the situation. Thoughts?
WildOne Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 Wait can someone please explain to an aging, white, out of touch gay how wearing his face all over her clothes is shading him?

He made several antisemitic comments and was sympathizing with a dead German dictator so putting the Star of David all over his face is a statement. Not sure if shady is the right word but yeah. Plus the pictures of him used are obviously ugly.
Minogue Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 What I find even cooler is the small reference to Ofra Hazas 1983 Eurovision song ‘Chai’ (alive in Hebrew) [in the jewellery] which was also performed in Germany referencing the holocaust. This year Noa is representing Israel in the contest so it’s a pretty layered outfit.
Squall Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 Stop reaching, Taylor smiling to her on a pic has nothing to do with her being amused by her outfit
FOCK Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 This is tacky & frankly, gives racist undertones. But on par from a nepotism girl who was happy to join & sing for a murderous & racist IDF.

She's making this statement as a Jewish woman, not as an Israeli woman. OT: ahh future winner of Eurovision 2023
getinthezone Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 worry about your countrys human rights abuses towards palestinians

Y’all just throw stuff at the wall hoping it sticks. Just say your anti Semitic **** and go and stop hiding behind words like racist at least claim it lol

You have a black man who’s been vocal about being made to feel subservient & contractually “owned”… and a white girl wearing his face as an accessory, branding him in an act of mockery. There are more appropriate ways to address his hateful statements & still make a point. This is not it. Particularly not when she’s served at the behest of an institution that’s actively involved in apartheid and ethnic cleansing. Rich daddy. I’m literally of Semitic heritage.
Jjang Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 Not this talentless Zionist IDF serving hack thinking she did something

I don’t see you calling out urban outfitters for making Aaliyah T-shirts. rich daddy is not nepotism go read a dictionary he had no industry connections this is just plain stupid
Jjang Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 Just now, SadGirl said: the anti semitism in the thread already She literally supports an ongoing genocidal illegal occupation and a brutal apartheid regime but that fades in comparison because crazy man Kanye West’s tweet is much more harmful than an actual ongoing genocide, no? Being anti - Palestinian is in yalls blood I swear.

Being anti - Palestinian is in yalls blood I swear. Jews around the world are genuinely concerned about anti semitism and Kanye's high profile remarks are making things worse for them. Choosing to focus on her being Israeli (and serving in the IDF while she was literally a singer there...) is weird because anti semitism is a real issue and not at all related to Israel/Palestine. Just admit you hate Jews and that you don't believe anti semitism is real and go on with your day
liquiddiamonds Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 (edited) team no one. we're in the pitsssssss edit: i meant both of them (kanye and noa kirel), because i obviously stand against antisemitism, zionism and racism Edited November 14, 2022 by liquiddiamonds
