While Red (TV) was officially my #1 album of last year, I kind of agree, as I think it would be nicer to give a chance to new material.

What about All Too Well (TMV) (TV), where half of the song is original material in this Grammy period and half is old?

They can be submitted for the album categories, if that's what you are asking.

That one would count, because it is substantially a new song.

Forgot to mention, since there is interest, that "Big Energy" is not eligible! It was submitted last year and was not nominated. But please consider "Wheelie" instead!
