Music Video's streams are counted for both Billboard Hot 100 and RIAA so since when is Youtube irrelevant?

 

I combined FOUR different versions of BMS and still it failed to outstream HMH. 

 

BSM is CRASHING on Spotify, while HMH has been stable for MONTHS. It will definitely outlast it on Spotify aswell, what will be the excuse then? Still no video?
