i’m really unamused by her for some reason and i also feel like she’s not on the same tier as some of her millennial peers like Hilary Duff or Paris Hilton. of course she was the lead in iconic films like The Parent Trap or Mean Girls, and she does great at reminding us of that.   the incident in the Middle East as well as her behavior in her Beach Club reality show were also a big turn off for me. 

 

nevertheless, i’m happy for her because i think it’s great she’s setting new goals for herself and wants to do bigger and better than ever before.

this is no shade to H. Duff because she seems to live a rly nice life these days (and Dignity will ALWAYS be iconic) with her husband and kids but Lindsay is in her own league. Duff is doing the same thing she was doing 10 years ago, calling the paps and doing her daily/weekly strolls around LA. Paris is somewhat relevant again these days but even that I feel like doesn't come close to Lindsay, it's most gayz who miss the celeb 2006 gossip scene.

 

I'm honestly surprised people are still interested in Lindsay considering she left LA a long time ago for Dubai and she's super under the radar in an era where everyone needs to be seen so people don't forget about them. She also has a lot of goodwill from the GP because nostalgia. People grew up with her, if you name the biggest movies from the early 2000s she was part of a lot of them but that's JMO.
